Good tasting and good value Thai food. Large portions. Ordered Thai Fried Rice with Tofu ($16.90), Chicken Pad See Ew ($17.90) and Penang Chicken Curry ($17.90). Rice for curry was extra. Stirfried dishes came out quickly but there was a wait for the curry. Food was tasty, generous with the protein. Friendly staff.
Not many tables to sit at and some vacant ones were being used to store styrofoam boxes for large collections of online orders in one go. I don't think this restaurant has many dine in customers but seems to be very popular with online orders. Not much dining ambience and large chest freezer in dining area. Can park at the Aldi behind the restaurant.

First, FAT ELEPHANT'S Thai food is the best. The food is used to cook in a special manner. It’s made from expensive ingredients, ornately prepared and decorated. As one can imagine by the name, FAT ELEPHANT'S "Pad Thai and Pad See" wee which are the best of the best, of both presentation and flavor.

We had lunch here for the first time . Food portion is delicious ,generous and freshly made. We ordered chicken cashew lunch special and crying tiger. Service is good .
However we did ask for no onion but they still add onion on the food . Fit out is a bit messy inside the restaurant .

Excellent customer service, the staff are always very friendly and happy to assist.
I have tried a lot of different mains from their menu, all I could say it is amazing , taste delicious and I have never disappointed.
The restaurant may not look luxurious or appealing, but the foods are absolutely 10 /10.
I would highly recommend this place for everyone as well the prices are affordable not expensive.
Parking is available on street parking or you can park behind Aldi parking.

Had a quick lunch bite, had been meaning to hit this place since I moved to Canterbury. All made to order and was tasty and will be heading back for another feed soon…just had the stable so next time I will take Bertie and hit the menu hard!
